Hi all, my name is Sara Glickman, and I am the Human Factors Engineer/User Interface & User Experience SME for the NASA Life Sciences Portal (NLSP). I am new to the AWG community and look forward to engaging with you all! I am especially interested in learning about your research processes/mental models when it comes to using data repositories to support your work, whether that’s looking for data, study summaries, etc. I am currently working on improving the NLSP user experience when it comes to finding and exploring data - we want to make NLSP inclusive for the science community (and everyone!).
With that said, we are looking for PIs to help us with this effort and provide user feedback by participating in one-on-one sessions with me while we walk through a new version of NLSP and discuss your thoughts, opinions, confusions - but more importantly how well it would work for you as a scientist.
