Didn’t realize how massive OSD-120 was, just locked Gravity’s Series NB01-NB05 over on Kaggle.
Full pipeline - 36 samples, 28k rRNA-removed genes → DESeq2 (Col-0/PhyD/WS) → DEG overlap → pathway narrative.
What it found:

7 circadian genes hit EVERY genotype under ISS ambient light - clock disruption unavoidable

PhyD slashed space response 92%, WS 71% - leaner adaptation, still survived

Light signaling/hormones dominated. Dark WS? Response exploded.
