Monthly meeting for the NBISC100 AWG subgroup. During these meetings we will discuss and compare data generated with the mRNA (UPX and mRNA kits) and ribodepletion methods used in the NBISC100, Kidney RR-10, and similar studies.

Sorry for the confusion last month, I cancelled the meeting but forgot to post that is was cancelled on the forum space.
This month’s meeting is taking place at the scheduled day/time, Thursday 12/18 at 8am PST, and you don’t want to miss it. Our data visualization lead, Ana Uriarte Acuna, will be giving a demo of the new multi-study visualization (MSV) dashboard and all the new features they have added for MSV based on our feedback.
This demo will be relevant to all AWG members (not just those in our NBISC100 subgroup), so feel free to invite others to attend!

All good, I realize this Forum-Space is imperfect 
Unfortunately, I have to cancel this month’s meeting. We will pick up next month with going over the results of everyone’s analyses.
Check the Analysis sign-up sheet to see what you’ve signed up for.
Please upload your data in the respective location in the google drive that’s specified for each analysis listed in the tables in the sign-up sheet.
Feel free to sign-up for more analyses.
