New pub using ML on OSDR data

Dear AI/ML subgroup @AIMLawg

We just published a paper in JMIR on the use of ML classification models to predict condition (flt vs gc) and age (young vs old) using transcriptomic data (OSD-511) as features. We are working on a similar analysis (using linear regression) for the RR9 retina data (OSD-255, OSD-568, OSD-573).
