I am SO excited :slight_smile: Also, let me know if you have CTscan data or stuff. I’m progressing slow as I had been burried by admin stuff with my new PhD students but they are all starting super well so they won’t need me soon. Yes, I will be able to idenfity interesting candidate genes (finer analysis than just “dev pathway” or what go term give). It would be fantastic prelim data for a grant too

Sadly not (for ASGSR or IWS) I have too many travel plans (like 3 transatlantic flights until the end of the years and more to come :exploding_head:

Soon, someone from OSDR curation, presumably @kristen.peach will do a ~monthly post pointing the AWG to all new datasets :slightly_smiling_face::tada: Cheers

I submitted abstracts to IWS! (Not going to ASGSR this year) I received sevral DMs and added to the sub-group Teams… We just started bi-weekly meetings a few months ago, and still trying to find out how we run the meetings and analysis by trying several pilot projects (not only analysis, funding application, confernece presentation, drafting papers etc. and most impoarntaly, reading and thinking!) Maybe that’s how we work!? :sweat_smile:

Nice @fumimuratani - Sounds good. If a regular schedule is established, let me know, and I can setup the calendar here in our Forum-Space to invite more AWG members to attend

Indeed, myself and many other Ames colleagues won’t be at ASGSR either. But, I will be at IWS in Galveston as well :smiley:
