I had sent this to some of you, but we have been working on the STREAMS guidelines for environmental, synthetic, and non-human host-associated microbiome omics research (built off of the STORMS guidelines for human microbiome research). We are welcoming community feedback for the guidelines and will be acknowledging contributions through authorship in the STREAMS consortium! The deadline for feedback is today 11/26, but realistically I won’t look at all of the feedback until around 12/2 so let me know if you’d like more time!
