Welcome @HarijithanV, @Eleni_Christoforidou, @WitchOz, @BerkeSinar, and welcome back @Aaaroe ![]()
Berke, the Clinical Decision Support Systems subgroup (@Ritika_Saha) fits your decision-support work. Beyond that, open the OSDR Dashboard, filter by assay type, and look for a dataset where computer vision or SI/ML adds something. Check the OSDR-enabled publications first so you propose something new.
Eleni, watch the HBISS recap on non-coding RNA in spaceflight and ageing, then look at the Brain AWG’s Behavior and Neuroinflammation subgroup. @Iremes and @egzonamorina joined this week with similar interests.
Ozan, congrats on the JAXA green light. Perhaps you could plan to deposit the CAR-T data in OSDR via the submission portal and connect with @anuiris (Multi-Omics pan-organ cancer subgroup). @Aaaroe, Ozan’s team could use your CAR-T toxicity and brain radiation experience, and RadLab has the dose data.
Harijithan, astrobiology points to the Microbes AWG (@daniela.bezdan) and Planetary Protection AWG (@cdavis). The Biofilm subgroup is a good first project.
Office Hours are Thursday (8a PT and 4a PT).
Cheking out the About page before the office is a great idea to peruse all the data, tools, resources, and previous projects/publications. ALL quick links there: https://awg.osdr.space/about
